Tokens can buy time on entertainment apps on your child’s Android device, or go toward a voucher. For vouchers, 100 tokens count as one unit of your currency, for example €1, within your monthly budget. Spending now or saving for later is their choice.

Do I pay when I set the voucher budget?
No. The monthly voucher budget is the most your child’s vouchers can be worth in a month, not a prepaid deposit. It does not limit the tokens they earn. The family subscription is separate. You pay for a voucher when you approve its payment, after reviewing the value, any service fee and the total.
Are tokens money?
No. Tokens cannot be bought, cashed out or transferred to another family. Your child can spend them on entertainment app time, or ask for a voucher, where 100 tokens count as one unit of your currency within the monthly budget you set. A voucher is paid for only when you approve it. Tokens they do not use stay saved.
Can any family get any Amazon voucher?
No. Vouchers depend on the supported country, currency, provider and catalogue. Check eligibility in the app before requesting one. We do not promise worldwide Amazon voucher coverage or immediate delivery.
Does Earned automatically know a chore is done?
No. A parent confirms activities such as chores before they earn tokens. On Android, the earning apps you choose add tokens for time spent in them. That shows the app was in use, not what your child learned.
Can my child use an iPhone?
Child monitoring and screen-time blocking are for Android in this release. The iOS app is for parents managing a child’s Android device.
What if a payment or reward is still pending?
Check the request’s status before trying again. If it stays unresolved, contact support. A pending request is not confirmation that a voucher is ready.
